Wet rooms are a state of the art design giving your bathroom the ultimate ‘wow’ factor in addition to the convenience of never having to step in and out of a bath or shower tray.  The open shower area blends seamlessly within the wet room creating a living space dedicated to relaxation and luxury.  Added bonuses are that wet rooms are significantly easier to maintain than a traditional bathroom and provide more floor space in light of the drainage system being set into the floor.

The Warner's team specialises in installing wet rooms, from the removal of your old suite to the installation of your new modernised walk in shower room; customers can be confident that the team have the requisite expertise, knowledge and skills to overcome any issue.  The project will be customer led with guidance provided by the team as and when appropriate.

Stage One

Once the outgoing suite is removed, the first fix pipework is installed.  The gully is then fitted along with the preformed tray which disposes of water waste.  Thereafter the room is secured ensuring all cavities are filled enabling the tanking system to be fitted.  This system is crucial to the effective use of the room; it prevents water from penetrating the foundations and/or ceiling in the unfortunate event of the adhesive or grout failing.

Stage Two (optional)

An added luxury to your wet room is the use of underfloor heating; the element takes the chill from the tiles and provides a warm and overall toasty feel.  The element is electrical and can be spurred off existing sockets with minimal disruption to your electrical system.  A probe is fitted within the floor which enables a digital thermostat to alter the floor temperature.  Insulation boards can also be fitted which prevent heat loss and reduce warm up time from hours to minutes.

Stage Three

The floor is tiled with angles delicately cut around your chosen preformed tray before being grouted.  Thereafter the walls are also tiled and grouted.

Stage Four

The final stage is the installation of your second fix plumbing work. This includes the installing of you shower, shower screen toilet and basin. There are lots of range's to suit each individuals needs.
